Everyone is talking about planting trees. What relieves the consumer’s conscience is often a reason for “greenwashing” for many companies.

But this essay is not about this indulgence trade. The text is a journey to selected reforestation projects in Brandenburg, from the dump forests in Lusatia to the pioneer forests on former military training areas and the new Tesla Forest.

Uwe Rada reports on an experiment with an open outcome. And of a forest movement that is needed to convert not only the new forests but also the commercial forests into a diverse new forest.
